- Your free platinum is worth the average price of your stamps. Pick any game: if it costs more, you only pay the difference.
- Nothing to sign up for. Stamps are linked to the email you order with, and we tell you your count at every delivery.

FAQ
How do PS² Rewards work?
Every platinum or DLC we complete earns you one stamp. “Both” (game + DLC) earns 2, and a bundle earns one stamp per version it includes. Once you have 10 stamps, your next platinum is free, up to the average price of your stamps. If you pick a more expensive game, you only pay the difference. Stamps are linked to the email you order with.
Do I need to own the game?
No. We play on our own copies of the game.
Can I keep playing during the order?
Yes. We only sign in at the start and at delivery.
How long does a platinum take?
It depends on the game and on our current orders. We agree on a timeline with you directly after your order.
Is my account safe?
Yes, and two-step verification (2FA) is what keeps it that way. After your order, we email you to agree on how we'll talk: email or a messaging app. You share your login with us there, never on the website.
With 2FA on, we can't sign in without a code that only you receive. So we stay in touch when we first connect, and you give us the code. After that, we play offline on our own console. Any new sign-in, password change or email change on your account asks for a code that only you receive, so nothing can happen without you knowing. When the platinum is done, we ask you for one more code to sync your trophies. We recommend every customer turns 2FA on for peace of mind.
