Find your game on the games page, open it and pick your option (for example the main game, a DLC or a version). Click “Order now” to pay straight away, or add it to your cart to order several games together.

Yes. Add each game to your cart and check out once. Every platinum and DLC in the order still earns its own stamps.

With PayPal, using your PayPal balance or a card linked to your PayPal account. Payment is handled securely through Payhip, our payment partner, so we never see your payment details.

You get a receipt by email right away. Reply to it to tell us:

• how you'd like us to contact you (email, WhatsApp, Discord or another app)
• your PSN ID and the console your account is used on
• when you're usually available

We then arrange the rest privately. Please don't send your password in that first reply.

Each price depends on how long the platinum takes, how hard it is and the game itself. The price you see on the game page is what you pay, and it covers every trophy of that list.

Maybe. Contact us with the game and the console, and we'll tell you if we can take it on and at what price.

Yes, and two-step verification (2FA) is what keeps it that way. With 2FA on, we can't sign in without a code that only you receive. So we stay in touch when we first connect, and you give us the code. Any new sign-in, password change or email change on your account also asks for a code that only you receive, so nothing can happen without you knowing. When the platinum is done, we ask you for one more code to sync your trophies.

Privately, by email or through the messaging app you choose after your order. Never on the website.

We strongly recommend it, for your peace of mind. It stays on the whole time. You just need to be reachable twice: at the first sign-in and at delivery, to send us the code.

Yes. Once we've signed in the first time, you can change it. Just send us the new one before delivery so we can sync your trophies.

We play every trophy by hand, on real consoles, with no cheats, mods or save editing. Your trophies are earned exactly as if you had played yourself.

To be fully transparent: sharing your account with someone else goes against PlayStation's terms of service. Using a trophy service like ours is therefore at your own risk.

No. We play on our own copies of the game.

Yes. We only sign in at the start and at delivery. The rest of the time, your account is all yours.

It depends on the game and on our current orders. We agree on a timeline with you directly after your order.

Your trophies appear on your profile all at once, when we sync them at delivery. You can ask us how it's going at any time.

The trophies you already have stay on your profile, and we unlock all the rest. The price stays the same.

Choose the console your trophies are on. When a game has separate trophy lists on different consoles, each list has its own Platinum, so each version is its own order. Some games also offer an “All versions” pack that completes every list for less.

“Main game” covers every trophy of the base list, up to the Platinum. “DLC” covers the DLC trophies only, which is perfect if you already have the Platinum. “Both” covers everything, for less than ordering the two separately.

Just send us one 2FA code when we tell you the platinum is done. We sign in, your trophies sync to your profile, and that's it.

Every platinum or DLC we complete earns you one stamp. Once you have 10 stamps, your next platinum is free.

• 1 platinum or 1 DLC: 1 stamp
• “Both” (main game + DLC): 2 stamps
• A bundle of versions: 1 stamp per version it includes

Up to the average price of your 10 stamps. Pick any game: if it costs more, you only pay the difference.

No, there's nothing to sign up for. Your stamps are linked to the email you order with, and we tell you your count at every delivery.

Once you have 10 stamps, email us with the game you'd like, and we'll set it up for you.
